gold.slerver (75.126.100.xx) started to fail to respond today. Engineers took the server offline and found one of the memory modules was corrupt.
The memory in the server has now been replaced and the server is back online. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hello there, video.slserver (64.33.51.xxx) has gone offline whilst the engineers at the data center upgrade the memory in this server.
I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, engineers should have the server back online shortly. I will update this blog post as soon as I have more information.
UPDATE
Engineers have now completed the work and the server is back online.
At 9:18am we have experienced a power issue with pitch.slserver (72.9.149.xx). The data center engineers are already investigating and hopefully will have restored power in the data center soon.
